30-Day Return Policy:Period of Return:Products purchased from Beta Research, Inc. can be returned for replacement or refund, subject to the conditions described below, for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of invoice. Returns are NOT accepted after this period.
Coverage:All hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts, and software on the invoice are eligible for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees. Certain products or components may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties. These warranties should be consulted if the product is found defective and the manufacturer contacted prior to initiating a return. Prior authorization is necessary for any return to Beta Research, Inc. Any product returned without prior authorization will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product and Beta Research, Inc. will not ship the product back to you.
Restocking Fees:Unless the product is found upon receipt to be defective or damaged, Beta Research, Inc. may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.
How to Return a Product:Before returning a product, you must first contact Beta Research, Inc. (408-353-2665) and obtain an authorization before the end of the return period (see above). Beta Research, Inc. will not accept returns without prior authorization. You must ship the product to Beta Research, Inc. within 5 business days of the date that Beta Research, Inc. authorizes the return. The return procedure is as follows: Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Beta Research, Inc. for which you have received authorization. Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition without any damage, along with any media, documentation, and any other items that were included in your original shipment. Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Upon receipt of your return, Beta Research, Inc. will issue a replacement, or a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees.Changes last made July, 2011 Copyright ©
